Lee Penny Baker - local Roanoke scenes and notecards, watercolors.

Lee Baker has been painting professionally since 1978.  She paints the every-day beauty she finds around her: the flowers and scenes of nature, the charm of the city she loves.  Lee primarily uses water media such as watercolor or acrylic for her expressions.

Lee also has an ongoing series of prints & note cards of local Roanoke landmarks including: Mill Mountain, The Coffee Pot, H&C Coffee Sign, Central Mfg Offices, Dr Pepper Sign, Wertz Country Store, Roanoke Weiner Stand, Passenger Station, Texas Tavern, A Roanoke Welcome, Tinnelle’s, Market Square South Roanoke Fire Station, Saint Andrew’s, Downtown Roanoke Fire Station,  Hotel Roanoke, Colonial American Bank, Grandin Village (Community Inn, Grandin Theatre)
